  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • It must be in original packaging
    • All tags and labels must be attached
    • It must not be damaged or altered

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Next, write the RA number clearly on the package.
  • Finally, send the product back to the provided address.

  • If approved, we process the refund immediately.
